The Hilti Executive Board
Meet the people who are responsible for executing the strategy of the Hilti Group.
The Hilti Executive Board is responsible for executing the strategy of the Hilti Group. It consists of six members – two for business units and technology, two for the markets, one for corporate functions, and the CEO – and acts with joint responsibility and strong teamwork to run the Group. Typically, Executive Board members have proven themselves over a long period in various Hilti roles and have not been recruited from the outside. In the context of the generational change in key leadership roles, we said goodbye to one member and welcomed new colleagues to the Executive Board at the end of 2021.
