With the acquisition of the 4PS Group in 2023, we took the next step in expanding our software business. Hilti and 4PS share the same conviction: There is enormous productivity potential for construction companies in optimized business processes.

Complementary Solutions
Hilti’s first steps in building up its software business included the launch of the asset management software ON!Track, as well as the acquisition of the jobsite management software company Fieldwire. To develop a comprehensive software offering that covers the entire value chain of our customers, we are now integrating 4PS Construct, which specializes in providing business management solutions for the construction industry, into our software offering.
Hilti’s strong brand, customer relationships and broad presence in combination with 4PS’ leading product and construction software know-how will create many new opportunities.

The 4PS Construct software includes enterprise resource planning (ERP) functionalities, which are used to plan and control resources and are thus the digital backbone of a construction company. On top of ERP functionalities such as accounting, purchasing, sales and marketing, 4PS offers construction-specific functionalities to manage the entire project life cycle. This allows construction companies to take control of their profitability by monitoring margins, forecasting results, controlling resources and planning effectively.
