True to its name Engaged Beyond Business (EBB), Hilti’s corporate volunteering program gives every team member the opportunity to support charitable initiatives with paid time away from their day‑to‑day role. Co‑founded with the Hilti Foundation in 2020, the program offers both hands‑on involvement and professional, skills‑based support to causes our people care about.
Team members are encouraged to dedicate a minimum of one working day a year to volunteer. And when everyone gives a day, the impact adds up: across our roughly 34,000 colleagues, that’s the equivalent of around 160 full‑time years devoted to communities each year.
