Every tool has the potential to be more than equipment. Through Hilti’s Tool Donation program, a tool can become an opportunity. In 2025, we donated over 6,000 tools across 25 countries supporting vocational training, education and humanitarian efforts.

Before a Hilti tool reaches trade schools or community projects, it spends years serving construction professionals on the most demanding jobsites. At the end of a Fleet Management contract, each tool is serviced and high-quality parts are refurbished and reused. Some of these tools may no longer be suitable for demanding construction site work, but they’re perfect for professional training and charitable projects.

More Than Just Equipment

These are just a few of the many places where our tool donations have made a difference beyond a professional jobsite. Whether they’re helping a student learn a new skill, supporting a community project or enabling research – Hilti tools are not only designed to perform, they also have the power to inspire.

This initiative contributes to Hilti’s broader social impact ambitions, alongside corporate volunteering and the philanthropic activities of the Hilti Foundation, demonstrating our commitment to positive change beyond the construction site.

“We have been providing career training for the underrepresented population for over 30 years. Hilti’s large tool donation has played a significant role in the free construction training we provide to our students. We are grateful to be able to put high-quality Hilti power tools in our students’ hands during our training.”

“These tools empower our students and researchers to turn theory into practice. They are essential for building prototypes, testing ideas and driving innovation in construction.”
